In the article the author analyzes the condition of the budgeting and its place in the realization of the strategic management goals. The author argues about the application of the expert evaluation method for the analysis of the current state of the budgeting system and the strategic management is justified. The author determines the reasons of the ineffective usage of budgeting system and notes, that the effective management in the field is possible under condition of correspondence of tactical and strategic levels of management. Budgeting is offered as a tool for such correspondence.

The article describes one of the approaches to the construction of a lesson of mathematics in order to strengthen its developmental effect. The authors suggest using a modified version of the structure of creative lesson (mono lesson) that is embedded in the system NFTM-TRIZ. The means to achieve the formation of universal educational actions chosen open tasks at different stages of the lesson of mathematics. The article also presents the development of mathematics lesson in the sixth grade on the topic “The divisibility of numbers”.

The paper deals with the basic concepts and forms of extremism and its prevention, preferences of young people in the field of information consumption. The sociological study was conducted by a standardized interview performed on a sample N = 2658.

The article is devoted to the issue of preliminary preparation of the university lecture. The main stages of preparing a lecture (work with documents, work with content, planning a lecture, preparing a lecture delivery plan, some features of literature selection) are considered. The main mistakes of young lecturers in preparing for the lecture are indicated. Based on the study, the author concludes that the achievement of the lecture objectives, the solution of the educational tasks, the implementation of the competences stated in the discipline work program is possible only due to a high-quality initial preparation of the lecture material, thereby creating the conditions for the use of innovative pedagogical methods and techniques in the lecture work.
