The relevance of this topic lies in the fact that in the XI century a large number of small and medium-sized businesses are constantly in difficult conditions, due to the dynamics of the pace of development of modern technologies and new requirements of business organization, which business is not able to cope with. The organization of business processes will enable enterprises to consolidate their stable position in the market and will allow them to successfully cope with the increase in competition, ways to reduce the cost of production and the introduction of new effective management methods.
The current sanitary crisis has led to the need to develop new approaches, search for new solutions in the field of logistics. A significant change in the profile of logistics operations is the accelerated expansion of е-commerce. The management of warehouse and related cash flows using traditional optimization methods does not give an acceptable quantitative result. It is necessary to use approaches based on probabilistic estimates and taking into account the randomness factor using machine learning, for example, the Random forest algorithm. The proposed algorithm can be successfully applied to solving regression and classification problems for large data sets of online commerce nomenclature. The given example of changes due to the global crisis demonstrates the need to use those management tools and optimization of transport and warehouse logistics that take into account the explosive nature of the changes taking place and an extremely high proportion of the probabilistic component.
The RastrWin software package is designed to solve problems of calculation, analysis and optimization of electrical systems modes. Optimization is the search for the best solution by any criterion. There is an economic criterion – a minimum of costs. In modern electrical systems, the task of optimizing reactive power is relevant. The concept of reactive power is associated with alternating electric current and voltage, phase shift between them. With a minimum phase shift, the useful power consumption is maximum. To ensure this, means are used to regulate reactive power and voltage. In this paper, using the example of a real electrical system, an analysis was carried out using a software package and recommendations were developed.
