This article is devoted to the urgent issues of Russian health care problems and ways to solve them through the improvement of public administration in this area. Improving public administration in the health care system, both in the field of diseases prevention and treatment and in the field of socio-economic development of health care institutions, will contribute to the improvement of the work quality, as well as to the increase of citizens’ life expectancy and their health strengthening.

A general approach to doing production tasks from the Unified State Examination in mathematics (profile level) is proposed in this paper. The proposed approach is based on a special table of given data, which allows to accurately construct the target function of the task and find its largest (least) value, often without resorting to the apparatus of differential calculus. The tasks from the recent typical exam papers of the USE in mathematics (profile level) are taken as examples.

Municipalities in the Russian Federation are currently in most cases highly dependent on higher-level budgets. For the development of cities, regions and the country as a whole, existing problems should be identified and solved. The key task for the near future should be the modernization of the existing budget mechanism of municipal formations – thus, a more reliable algorithm should be developed for estimating planned revenues and expenses for a more accurate prediction of possible future problems. In addition, there is the problem of optimizing budget expenditures, which adversely affects the performance of social functions of the state. A possible solution may be a more efficient use of non-tax and tax revenues, a reduction in the staff of the bureaucratic apparatus while preserving its functions, and more.

The article analyzes the pricing mechanism characteristic of most trading organizations, and also develops a short-term behavior strategy to increase sales. The study is based on materials from the Lenta LLC hypermarket.

The article discusses issues related to the optimization of accounting through outsourcing. The results of the organization of accounting outsourcing in modern conditions of development of information and communication technologies are presented. The positive and negative aspects of outsourcing were studied, learning new trends and conditions for the provision of outsourcing services. It was evaluated how promising outsourcing companies are, and also evaluated the effectiveness of specialized programs to simplify accounting. It identified the main ways to improve the efficiency of the accounting business through better use of modern information and communication technologies and the changes in the Russian legislation.
