The article assesses the potential for using military scientific work of cadets in the process of becoming military specialists. The authors show the features of organizing scientific work at a Russian military university, consider the main methods of working with military personnel, analyze the predicted results of involving cadets in military scientific work.
The article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of the formation of military-patriotic consciousness in modern conditions as a new form of societality. A brief analysis of the main elements of the structure of patriotic consciousness, problems, tasks, directions and means of patriotic education is given. The variety of forms of activity of the local history museum of Syzran of patriotic orientation is shown.
The article tell about creation to exposition the Hall of Military Glory and about main directions of sightseeing and exhibition activities of patriotic orientation.

The relevance of the issue of patriotic education of Russian youth at the present stage of society development is undoubtedly urgent, since patriotism is one of the main moral values of an individual, which is reflected in personal actions. While preserving the best domestic traditions of educational practices, today we need new effective tools for patriotic indoctrination that would meet the guidelines of Russian state policy, the requirements of innovative educational practice and the social needs of modern young people. One of such effective tools is creative project-based activity, which was the subject of the research presented in this article. The aim of the article: to present the experience of implementing patriotic education of youth through the creative project “#PRO100 HISTORY (JUST HISTORY”), supported by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation within the framework of the federal project “Patriotic education of citizens of the Russian Federation” of the national project “Education”. The leading methods in the study were: project conception and survey methods (interviews, mobile surveys). The article shows the main stages of the creative project implementation, describes the mobile exhibition exposition and its digital analogue, provides data from a survey and interviews with intensive participants and exhibition spectators, as well as the obtained results expressed in a socially significant effect: covering more than 10,000 participants from 29 regions of Russia , Republic of Belarus and Kazakhstan; in creating a finished product of creative activity (creative and information content, mobile exhibition construction, virtual exhibition, multimedia digital publication). The theoretical and practical significance of the study lies in the fact that its results can be used both in the theoretical study of the problem of developing patriotism among modern youth, and in organizing patriotic events.

In the modern hybrid information war, Russian youth should be protected from the negative informational and psychological effects of the media by building their informational and psychological resilience based on a strong sense of patriotism. At the same time, the impact of regularly visited video hosting sites on the education of people is of great importance. One example of this is Rutube, which is mentioned in this work. The aim of the study is to characterize the specifics of patriotic education in the context of information society, and to provide data on the most promising areas and forms of youth education using the educational potential of Rutube. Integrative, interdisciplinary and cognitive approaches are used for this purpose. This paper examines the issues of patriotic education of Russian youth in the context of accelerating digitalization of modern society. The analysis of current research on the problems of patriotic education of modern youth is given. Patriotic education is highlighted by the author as the most relevant area of work with young people in the context of the complicated external and internal political situation in Russia. At the same time, one of the priorities of pedagogy is to improve methods and technologies for fostering a sense of patriotism in the context of import substitution. Examples of relevant videos used for patriotic education are described. The author provides the results of a survey of Russian users about the preferred directions of patriotic education in the Rutube video network. The process of patriotic education using media files from the Rutube network was chosen as the object of research. The theoretical significance of the article lies in clarifying the place and role of Rutube video content for educating young people and analyzing current research areas in this field. The author draws rational conclusions about the reasons for the importance of Rutube as a pedagogical tool. The objectives of the study include a description of the pedagogical advantages and disadvantages of video hosting for the implementation of patriotic education. The work has practical significance for the educational activities of educational institutions in terms of promoting patriotism among young people. The article examines the practical prospects of Rutube video hosting as a social network for the implementation of patriotic education of modern Russian youth.
