The article analyzes the definitions of such concepts as audit and controlling in personnel management; as a result of the theoretical research, the similarities and differences between these concepts are revealed; audit and controlling of personnel are considered as control tools, the joint use of which ensures effective management in achieving the intended goals of the organization.
The paper deals with the problems of applying artificial intelligence technologies in the HR-environment. Due to the intensive technological and information development of society, the active introduction of innovative technologies in various spheres of its life, including personnel management, is required. Now this issue is relevant, since there are already projects in this area that have a future. In the case of successful introduction of artificial intelligence in this area, it is possible to increase the efficiency of personnel management, as well as solying personnel issues.
Modern problems require modern solutions. Personnel management is one of the key links in achieving the efficiency of the organization, so the demand for innovative solutions to the problems of personnel management, given the events of recent years, has grown and become the most significant.
In this paper, the features of the effective use and development of human capital in the conditions of digitalization of the business environment were considered. The ways of human capital development are described. In connection with the digitalization of all spheres of society, the main focus is: the use of modern technologies, the transfer of various types of data into digital form, the processing of large amounts of information, which contributes to improving the quality of products and to increasing labor productivity in general. One of the factors of effective digitalization of business may be the activation of the human factor. Consequently, the issues of human capital development in order to increase business productivity in the context of widespread digitalization remain relevant. Taking into account the trends towards digitalization, it is the concept of human management as one of the last stages in the evolution of human resource management that will be a priority in the theory of personnel management and in the management of a digital enterprise. This will be related: • with the involvement of new personnel who quickly adapt to the modern digital environment; • with the introduction of modern digital competencies; • with the creation of modern motivation programs; • ensuring involvement in the process of change as a whole. Consequently, widespread digitalization requires innovative methods of human capital management, taking into account modern views on management problems.
Digitalization is one of the most important trends in modern economic development and management. Human capital plays a huge role in its successful development. The active use of information technology predetermines the need to modernize the approaches that are used in the management of human resources in the company. The paper considers the main features of managing the development of human capital in the context of digital transformation, identifies the main problems associated with this process. The prospects for using the network form of management are characterized with an emphasis on the project approach to solving economic problems.
