The article examines the issues of personnel management by increasing the efficiency of economic potential. Particular attention is paid to the labor potential, transitional zones of its development dynamics are considered. An example is given for a specific enterprise in Volgograd Region. Recommendations are proposed for improving the management of the industrial enterprise labor potential.
