The personnel management system in the DOW is characterized by the presence of strict regulation of the relationship between management and employees, a clear hierarchy of subordination. Thanks to the certification in a preschool institution, it is possible to conduct a qualitative assessment of the teaching staff. As an internal assessment of the staff, we can consider the "360 degrees" method, which will help to qualitatively evaluate the employee inside the DOW.
Gamification is a rapidly developing direction of using game mechanics in a non-gaming context, for example, in the work and educational process, in sales. The purpose of writing this article was to consider such a modern gaming approach as gamification. Of interest is the analysis of this approach in personnel management, because gamification involves the use of game techniques to increase employee motivation, increase their involvement in the labor process and increase productivity. The article reveals the concept of gamification, provides data on the development of the gamification market, determines the prospects for the development of gamification in personnel management.
Personnel assessment is one of the ways to collect information about personnel, which makes it possible to maximize the use of the existing human resources potential of the organization. The purpose of writing this article was to consider the place and role of personnel assessment in the personnel management system, as well as to identify common methods of personnel assessment that are aimed at evaluating and analyzing the qualities of employees necessary and useful for the organization.
