This article is dedicated to the education of physical qualities of students by means of playing volleyball. The influence of physical culture makes it possible to improve the physical qualities of schoolchildren and students. Based on the theoretical analysis of the problem, the author has developed and introduced into the educational and training process complexes of physical exercises that are used by playing volleyball. The above pedagogical experiment showed the effectiveness of these exercises. The results obtained can be used by teachers and teachers of physical culture.
Football is the most common type of sports activity. The most important problem of the game is possession of the ball. The article presents the results of a study on the development of technique and accuracy of possession of a soccer ball among young football players. The aim of the study was to introduce exercises to improve the technique of possession of a football. The main tasks were to select exercises to improve the technique of possession of the ball, to analyze the methodology of performing these exercises. Young football players of 10–12 years old, consisting of 12 people, took part in the experiment.
This article presents how physical qualities affect the successful game of hockey players. Exercises that can improve physical qualities are also considered. In 2016, the Ministry of Education issued a decree on the inclusion of ice hockey in the educational program of schools. Physical education teachers have the opportunity to develop new techniques, exercises, tactics and thereby improve the methodology of teaching ice hockey.
This article is devoted to the influence of physical culture on school-age children aged 8–10 years. The influence of physical culture makes it possible to improve the physical qualities of schoolchildren. Based on the theoretical analysis of the problem, the authors developed and implemented complexes of physical exercises in the educational and training process. The above pedagogical experiment showed the effectiveness of these exercises. The results obtained can be used by teachers and teachers of physical culture.
This article is devoted to the development of speed abilities in schoolchildren aged 14–15 years in athletics lessons. Athletics is an integral part of the educational process of schoolchildren. Often, basic exercises are not enough to qualitatively develop speed abilities. That is why the author, after analyzing the scientific literature, proposed a methodology with a set of exercises that favorably affect the improvement of speed indica-tors. The conducted pedagogical experiment helped to prove the effectiveness of the pro-posed complex.
