Personal and professional development of future professionals is determined by many factors, among them one of the most significant is the anticipation. The article explains the dependence of the efficiency of professional activity on the level of professional anticipation, emphasizes the need for its targeted development, not in the general aspect of the training, and taking into account present and future specific professional activity. Particular attention is paid to the development of space-time in anticipation of athletes as the dominant aspect of their training, ensuring success in sports activities and to create a competitive advantage in sports activities, experimentally studied gender differences in athletes, discovered the influence on the manifestation of the athlete role of anticipation in a particular activity.

The relevance of the study is due to the fact that in the modern educational system fundamental changes happen. The leading role in these changes belongs to a new type of teacher – a creative person, able to make independent decisions, who is ready to undertake pedagogical researches and to constant self-development. This, in its turn, demands much of the professional retraining system. It cannot be limited only by the course training, ensuring the formation (or development) of the basic subject or methodological competence that is suitable for teachers- beginners. It is important to provide different approaches to the professional development of teachers-educators (teachers-mentors) sharing their experience with young teachers, teachers-researchers, who test scientific concepts in their activities. In the process of further professional education system planning a big role plays analysis of different education quality evaluation procedures results, such as national tests, unified state exam, teachers’ competencies researches, etc. Thus, the purpose of this study is to review the system of evaluation procedures, the results of which can be used in further professional education system planning and professional development of teachers. Research methodology includes the study of information sources on the effectiveness of the professional development system, analysis of the evaluation procedures’ results and their possible use in planning of Education Development Institute work, modeling the system of teachers’ professional growth. In the article the analysis of approaches to the concept of "professional development" in Russian and foreign literature is given, the current requirements for professional development are identified. The author gives analysis of education quality evaluation procedures results using in teachers’ professional development planning. Based on this analysis the article presents the model of further professional development system. This model can be used for the teachers’ professional development system planning.

The article is devoted to the training of specialists able to take part in technological modernization of industry and innovative development of the economy. The author discusses the reasons for the change of requirements to the preparedness level of higher school teachers due to transition to a competence model of training and the emergence of the teacher’s professional standard of; reveals the essence and structure of teacher’s educational activity, the main aspects of teacher’s activities evaluation criteria; describes educational technologies that promote the development of creative abilities and research skills of students; proves the necessity of continuous improvement of teachers’ educational activities at technical universities in connection with the development of scientific and technological progress, constant updating of production technologies, introduction of professional standards, higher demands on professional competence of graduates by employers. The implementation of the competence approach to specialists training is shown, taking into account the situation in the railway industry, on the example of «Safety of technological processes and technical means of railway transport» discipline teaching at Ural State University of Railway Transport.

The article is devoted to the practical implementation of the basic laws and regularities of teacher’s educational activity in modern educational system using a competence-based approach. The work proves the necessity to meet the requirements of the professional standard “The teacher of professional training, professional education and additional professional education” and the importance of teachers’ basic theoretical training; describes the main laws and regularities of educational activities, didactic principles consistent with the core provisions of personality oriented approach concept in education and specific principles, reflecting the peculiarities of educational Internet-resources application; shows the necessity of developing students’ professional competences, and competences that simplify the process of self-realization in society; emphasizes the need for continuous professional training and development of the teacher for successful professional activity.
