The author presents the program of primary education, which won in the Second Russian competition of universal education for the prevention “Parents' Club: helping others, we help ourselves". The purpose of the program is psychological and educational support of teenagers parents (which are also the participants of the educational process), aimed at improving parent-child relationship. The novelty of this program is to use the full-time and part-time interaction with parents (combination of workshops and e-mailing).
This article is devoted to the techniques of NLP, the application of which facilitates contact with in the process of psychological counseling, helps the understanding between the consultant and the client, ensures effective client problem solving subject of sustainability.

The article is devoted to family relations. Divorce is considered as a non-normative family crisis, the main causes of family conflicts are analyzed. The author says about the advisability of psychological counseling for the family in the period of non-normative family crises; provides a variety of methods for solving family crisis. One problem may have different solutions; therefore, an individual approach to family counseling is necessary, taking into account the characteristics of the family.
The article deals with the problem of entering the educational process of children with limited health opportunities, as well as the difficulties faced by teachers in inclusive education. The author reveals the main definitions on this topic, describes the process of teaching children with limited health opportunities in inclusive education, and also deduces the hypothesis of the impact of increasing the level of resilience of teachers during the consultative process on the adaptation to school of children with limited health opportunities.
