The author reveals one of the components of the training of future educational psychologist, when students receive personal psychological counseling. The author provides empirical data about the frequency of students’ references to the psychological care for different types of problems and the techniques of psychological support.

The author presents the program of primary education, which won in the Second Russian competition of universal education for the prevention “Parents' Club: helping others, we help ourselves". The purpose of the program is psychological and educational support of teenagers parents (which are also the participants of the educational process), aimed at improving parent-child relationship.
