The article considers approaches to quality system establishment at enterprises of sanatorium-resort type, international standards and principles necessary for the establishment of quality system. The author discusses the influence of dynamic and formal elements on the functioning of the quality system at enterprises of sanatorium-resort type, appropriateness of "strength model" use. The features of services quality indicators are presented.
The article discusses the classification of quality indicators of goods, which is a nomenclature of quality indicators. Special attention is paid to indicators of the quality of dairy and alcoholic products, since these goods are recognized as the most frequently falsified, i.e. counterfeit goods in today's market. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the quality indicators of these types of goods in order to prevent such fraudulent products from reaching the consumer.

Conducting audits and inspections in stores and points of sale helps to identify counterfeit goods and analyze demand for goods.
