In a market economy are of particular importance in the process of preparation of students to independent cognitive activity in the University. One of the directions of preparation of future entrants – proforientational work on the basis of educational institutions that are involved in the status of the innovation platform of the intersection of languages and cultures. Career guidance is implemented in the process of complex events, which are held a temporary research group consisting of scientists, teachers and students on base educational institutions.
The article reveals the factors and areas of activity for the management of professional development of teachers in the process of creating a unified federal system of scientific and methodological support of pedagogical and managerial personnel in the field of education. The author actualizes the regional model of scientific and methodological support and mentoring developed in the Ryazan region, positively characterizes the results of its implementation. A cycle of managerial activity is proposed, which is in demand in the conditions of scientific and methodological support and organization of mentoring in the professional development of teachers.
