The article identifies three types of contacting subjects of the study: positive, neutral, negative. The author shows their probabilistic character and the possibility of dividing them into clusters (disjoint sets). The classification of sociological indices is given. A method for describing and calculating sociological indices in fuzzy conditions is worked out, and examples of various fuzzy sociological indices calculation are considered.
This article discusses the process of teaching speaking in English, explores the use of the principle of situational context in enhancing students' speech activity in English classes. The aim of the study is to find out the influence of the situational approach on the learning process, i.e. it is necessary to determine whether the communication situation is one of the most effective means of enhancing students' speech. In our work, we used the following research methods: the study and analysis of special methodological and psychological-pedagogical literature on the problem, the study of advanced pedagogical experience, pedagogical observation, analysis and synthesis. In the practical part of our work, we have proven that the use of the situational principle is effective in English lessons.
