Moreover, there is a problem to describe generally accepted classification of speech strategies and tactics. Based on the classification of informative and phatic types of speech behavior the article identifies two main speech strategies and corresponding speech tactics.

The article is devoted to a comparative study of the communicative and speech capabilities of normotypic modern schoolchildren and schoolchildren with disabilities. The article presents the results of diagnostics of the communicative and speech capabilities of modern schoolchildren, conducted according to the diagnostic method of examining the communication skills of modern schoolchildren, developed by S.B. Bashmakova and O.A. Petushkova. Experimental data have been identified and presented for discussion, indicating specific disorders in communication with peers in modern schoolchildren.
