The article reveals the essence of verbal communication as a philosophical and psychological-pedagogical phenomenon. The authors provide a historical analysis of the formation of verbal communication, identify its content and features. The article presents the characteristic of speech interaction in education. The role of verbal interaction in career guidance is determined.

The purpose of the work is to study the problem of organizing conflict-free communication and to determine the main areas of activity for improving the skills of its implementation in the learning process, which will contribute to further successful interaction in gaining knowledge and in professional activity. The main approaches to solving the problem of conflict-free communication are examined; the connection of the communicative act with the manifestation of the conflict is found, the opportunities of language disciplines in the formation of the skills of conflict-free communication are specified. The author draws a conclusion that it is necessary to develop the skills of constructive discussion, which allows us to prevent conflicts while defending our point of view.
The word taboo is considered as one of the nominative units that make up the field of communicative vocabulary of the Russian language. In the context of the meta-language and meta-communicative organization of the virtual polylogue, the features of the lexical collocation of the word taboo in the Russian speech of Belarusian Internet communities’s participants (according to the Internet forums «Pressball» and «Grodno Forum») are regarded. The main semantic and pragmatic components in the meaning of the word taboo, which are actualized by the context of the utterances and the communicative situation, are emphasized.
The article is devoted to the study of the features of the speech development of participants in the educational situation in a preschool educational organization. The literature on the issues of speech interaction in preschool educational organizations was studied and analyzed. As a result, the importance and direct influence of speech interaction on the participants of the educational situation in the preschool educational organization was revealed.
