The article discusses the rights and obligations of owners of land real estate. The main elements of subjective rights and obligations are investigated. Assumptions are made about further ways of developing the rights and obligations of real estate owners due to digitalization.

The article substantiates the need to study the moral and legal aspect of the problem of abuse of law. The article contains an indication of the need to ensure moral and legal security of the Russian state and society through the formation of a mechanism of counteraction (prevention) to the abuse of law.

The article is devoted to a number of scientifically significant aspects of the content of the concept of legal freedom. The understanding of legal freedom in the libertarian-legal concept of legal understanding and post-classical theories of law is compared. Due to socio-cultural determinacy, the emphasis in understanding legal freedom should be shifted towards its mutual recognition within the framework of legal communication and dialogue. Criteria of an anthropological nature in relation to legal freedom are too abstract and should take into account civilizational specifics.
