The relevance of the article lies in clarifying and concretizing the content of the concept of «psychological security of the educational environment» taking into account new challenges and threats with an emphasis on the personal factor. It is shown that the definition of psychological security of the educational environment through the category of protection from various risks and threats does not meet new challenges and threats. The authors believe that in the modern digital world, combining real and virtual influence on children and young people, it is not possible to fully foresee all imaginable dangers and protect students from them, because even identical conditions for one student may be safe, for another – constitute a potential threat. The authors emphasize that the educational environment is characterized by dynamism, and its psychological security as an integrated part is based primarily on the ability of the subjects themselves to maintain stability, vigilance, show critical thinking, resist negative influences and overcome them on their own or by seeking help. The aim of the study was to examine the personal characteristics of modern students which can influence the psychological safety of the educational environment in a situation of new challenges and threats. The following personal qualities of students were studied: conformism, social pessimism, intolerance, nihilism, cynicism, destructiveness, attitude to the permissibility of aggression, the presence of a cult of strength, protest activity, etc. To do this, the multidimensional diagnostic technique by D.G. Davydov and K.D. Khlomov was used. According to the results of the work done, the personal characteristics of students that form the potential risks of both illegal activity and loyalty to its implementation on the part of other persons are revealed: social conformity, unwillingness to make independent decisions and take personal responsibility, a tendency to simplify the picture of the world, reduce complex parameters of the VUCA world to generalized models, attraction to idealized guarantees of social justice. The novelty lies in identifying the targets of socio-psychological work with students aimed at reducing the risks to the psychological safety of the educational environment. The results of the research can be used by the administration, university teachers, tutors of student groups, psychologists to organize educational, correctional, preventive work with students, as well as for psychological and pedagogical support of students, taking into account their individual characteristics at the stage of their personal development at the university.

The study is based on the project methodological approach. The research methods applied are theoretical analysis, generalization and systematization of scientific findings of foreign and Russian authors in the field of project work and entrepreneurial competences. The empirical base of the study includes the results of a group career-guidance project-based work of the students of Ryazan State University named after S. A. Yesenin majoring in tourism (43.03.02), as well as overt observation, online survey, reflexive narrative essays. The results of the study confirm students’ significant interest in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial competences development. The data received show students’ active intention to acquire and develop entrepreneurial competences, readiness for creative work, desire to create real commercial products in order to increase the attractiveness of the university for domestic and foreign students. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the identification of students’ attitude towards entrepreneurial competences while working on career-guidance project and analysis of their entrepreneurial potential. The practical significance lies in the possibility of using the obtained data to develop entrepreneurial competences of students majoring in various fields at the university. In the process of career-guided project development students majoring in tourism acquire entrepreneurial competences, implement their creativity, practice teamwork and time management. As a trend for further research, preparation of projects scientific supervisors is to be scientifically substantiated. Their task is to specify the aims and objectives of the projects, to consult the students leaving it up to them to lead the projects.

This article explores a pressing issue in modern higher education: the high-quality training of highly qualified teaching staff in demand in the labor market. This issue is addressed through the lens of digitalization and the implementation of innovative technologies in solving educational problems. The aim of the study is to systematize scientific approaches to defining digital marketing technologies and their functional capabilities for organizing the educational process at the university. The study utilizes a combination of methods: an analysis of theoretical sources, a survey of 106 first- to fifth-year students at the Institute of Humanities Education studying in pedagogical, psychological-pedagogical, and special (defectological) education programs, and mathematical statistics for data processing. The article presents the results of a theoretical analysis of a key concept, which allowed us to identify the factors limiting the application of digital marketing technologies in the theory and practice of university education: the lack of standardized norms for the development of interactive content, the dominance of traditional forms of education over innovative ones, digital inequality among participants in educational relationships, and the low level of motivational and competence readiness of university faculty to use digital resources. This case study examines the competent adaptation of social media, artificial intelligence, neural networks, and gamification to the educational needs of modern university students. In addition to the theoretical theses put forward by the authors, the article presents the results of a student survey. The analysis revealed that students feel a need for education, including through digital marketing technologies, as this motivates their interest in educational activities, creates conditions for personalization of education, and makes the learning process engaging due to the presence of a problem that can be solved using the achievements of the digital world. The theoretical significance of this study lies in its synthesis of the experience of using digital marketing technologies in higher education. Its practical significance lies in the potential for their use in the educational process to improve its quality.
