The article is devoted to the issues of the influence of information and communication technology and digital electronic devices on the health and biosocial functions of the Digital Natives generation. The authors analyzed the main indicators of students' health at various levels of education. Particular attention was paid to the dynamics of vision condition changes among young people of the Southern Federal District for the period 2016–2018. The study made it possible to draw conclusions about trends in the health status of young people living in the Southern Federal District.
the article deals with the problem of cross-modal interaction of various modality signals using the example of tactile and visual analyzers. The problem is interesting due to the fact that starting from the second third of the 20th century, Harris's point of view on cross-modal conflict was accepted, and it was not disputed. The study presents the analysis of the interaction of two modalities using the example of the circle anamorphism assessments and possible types of the effect manifestation, highlighting various groups. He reliability of the experimental results is estimated. It has been experimentally shown that the «theory of visual captivity» is not true.
Presents the development of an interned lesson in biology, physics and mathematics on the topic: Eye and vision. The lesson was compiled using the resources of the «Mobile Electronic Education» company. At the beginning of the lesson, it was proposed to compare the human eye and the camera, then, as a result of group work, to analyze the causes of visual impairment. In the course of work in a group, students explain what myopia and hyperopia are, how an image is formed in this case. In what way (with which lens) this visual defect can be corrected. It is mathematically confirmed that the power of a lens depends on the focal length (image versus distance). At the end, they answer the key question of the lesson: Which camera is the eye more like: film or digital? Why?
For effective work with children with visual impairment, it is necessary to take into account the individual characteristics of each child, his level of development and needs. Most motor and sensory disorders have different causes, the degree of damage and concomitant diseases, secondary abnormalities, different levels of preserved functions and motor activity of children. It becomes obvious that it is necessary to develop new methodological approaches to the organization of a system of classes in adaptive physical education based on continuous pedagogical influences. It is important to create special programs and techniques that would take into account not only physical, but also psychological and emotional aspects.
