Motor asymmetry as a phenomenon of symmetry and asymmetry, which occurs in the performance of motor actions, has long been of interest to researchers. This interest is due to the fact that the correct resolution of this problem can depend on the effectiveness of training students new motor actions and the improvement of already mastered; the timely development of motor abilities, including coordination, and, undoubtedly, mastering the complex technique of movement.
The article presents a technique that contributes to improving the accuracy of the ball in volleyball. Volleyball is a basic sport in the program of schoolchildren, but most often students are not taught tactical moments of the game. The outcome of the game as a whole depends on the pitch and accuracy plays a big role in this. In the learning process, it is important to devote time to its development, because this way students will be able to show their personal qualities and realize themselves in the game without the participation of other players. After analyzing the scientific literature, the author of the article proposed a special set of exercises that improves the accuracy of the presentation of schoolchildren. The effectiveness of the proposed complex has been proven on the basis of tests that reveal the level of accuracy of the ball.
The article presents an improved technique that increases the strength endurance of cheerleaders. Since cheerleading is a relatively new sport, interest in it increases significantly. To succeed in this sport, athletes need to have the following physical qualities: coordination abilities, range of motion, flexibility, strength endurance. In the training process, more importance should be given to strength endurance since this physical quality serves as the foundation for successful development in this sport. Based on the study of the practice of organizing the training process of cheerleaders and the analysis of scientific literature, the author of the article proposed a special set of exercises that increase the strength endurance of athletes. The effectiveness of the proposed exercises is proved based on a test that allows you to identify the strength endurance of cheerleaders.
For effective work with children with visual impairment, it is necessary to take into account the individual characteristics of each child, his level of development and needs. Most motor and sensory disorders have different causes, the degree of damage and concomitant diseases, secondary abnormalities, different levels of preserved functions and motor activity of children. It becomes obvious that it is necessary to develop new methodological approaches to the organization of a system of classes in adaptive physical education based on continuous pedagogical influences. It is important to create special programs and techniques that would take into account not only physical, but also psychological and emotional aspects.
