The article is devoted to the vectors of development of modern Russian vocational education, which is at the beginning of the next wave of reform after the withdrawal from the Bologna Agreement. The search for a new version of the national education system continues, which means that new transformations are coming. In these circumstances, it seems important to prevent a further decline in the level and quality of Russian vocational education. The author identifies and analyzes several important areas of its development: improving the status of vocational education and its entry into a new level of development; intensification of practice-oriented vocational education; implementation of the principle of continuity of education through the development of a system of additional vocational education.
This article examines the risks and opportunities in the formation of financial culture among students of secondary vocational education in the context of the rapid spread of digital financial technologies. It is noted that the digitalization of the financial sphere significantly changes the models of economic behavior of young people, creating both new educational opportunities and threats of forming superficial or distorted perceptions of money, debt, and responsibility. The study concludes on the necessity of a comprehensive pedagogical approach to developing students’ financial culture, based on a combination of digital tools and value-oriented education.
The article discusses the theoretical and practical aspects of the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the process of teaching English to students of secondary vocational education (SPE). Based on the analysis of pedagogical experience and the results of a survey of teachers and students, the main directions, forms and methods of using ICT have been identified, as well as their didactic functions. Special attention is paid to the psychological and pedagogical conditions for the effective implementation of digital tools in the educational process. Examples of practical application of multimedia and online resources for the formation of students' communicative and professional competencies are presented.
