The author presents the inference on the results of university efficiency monitoring with concrete questions raised by introduction of the new indicator «Employment of graduates». The author emphasizes the importance of innovation and draws attention to the creation of objective criteria for assessing this parameter.

The article is devoted to the study of various approaches to the definition of concept «creative activity of personality». Researchers who explored this concept are arbitrarily divided into four groups. The author suggests her own definition of creative personal activity.
