The article considers the issues of socio-economic development of the regional system and reveals the theoretical and methodical aspects of assessment of social and economic development. On the basis of statistical and analytical data, the paper suggests some recommendations. The authors conclude about the necessity of objective understanding of regional issues and their priorities for infrastructure making quality and effective decisions taken by the actors of the regional economy.

The importance of the regions, exercising effectively-productive activity for the national economy of the country is invaluable. The authors of the article reveals the role of the Krasnodar territory in the socio-economic development of Russia and concluded that such high rates of gross regional product of the re-gion is achieved due to the economic potential of the region and spatial location. At the end of the work provides brief conclusions and recommendations.

The article discusses issues concerning the formation and organization of collective work in the economic entities at the present stage of economic development. The authors say that the efficacy of specific models of motivation and management of personnel on-line depends on the development of new forms of work organization, planning social career, assessment, selection and placement.
