The article deals with the concept and characteristics of legal globalization, the author tries to highlight the features of legal globalization that distinguish it from globalization processes in other spheres. The relevance of the topic is conditioned by the fact that the process of cultural, economic, political and religious integration and unification is taking place at an unprecedented pace today, globalization processes affect all spheres of public life, including the legal sphere. This study resulted in identification of six features of legal globalization. The author concludes that despite the long period of scientific study of this phenomenon and despite a significant number of scientific studies devoted to globalization, the question of the concept and content of legal globalization phenomenon remains open for discussion.

The article examines legal and other aspects that contribute to the rapid development of business in Estonia. The article also compares Estonian legal institutions that promote business development with similar Russian institutions. In addition, the article contains a detailed description of Estonian state, identifies the features of economic development and the state structure of Estonia.

This article explores in detail the form of government of the Republic of South Ossetia. The author attributes South Ossetia to the category of "disputed states". By analyzing the provisions of the Constitution, it is concluded that the form of government of this state is atypical. In addition, the form of government of South Ossetia is compared with the form of government of the "patron" of this state – the Russian Federation. A conclusion is made about the similarity of the forms of government of the two states.

The article explores the concept and features of "disputed states", analyzes the contents of this concept. By analyzing the classifications and definitions of "disputed states", existing in science, the author attempts to identify the key features of these states category, as well as to give his own definition of the phenomenon.
