The paper aims to study the features of social-pedagogical activity of students-volunteers in the conditions of higher educational institutions. The paper discusses the concepts “volunteering”, “voluntary activities at university”; highlights the main types of volunteer activities. The empirical part of the study analyzes the forms of social-pedagogical activity of students-volunteers. The author singles out evaluation levels of volunteer activities, develops recommendations for organization students volunteer activities at university.

The paper aimed at understanding of professional-personal self-development of educational psychologists. The paper clarifies the essence of the concept “professional self-development, analyzes the structural components and the criteria of professional self-development”. The portfolio method of professional development and summary of the experimental study are described.

The study is aimed at investigating the professional self-determination of future teachers. The author clari-fies the nature of the concept of self-determination; analyzes the structure, types and components of professional self-determination. There is the presentation of the program to improve the effectiveness of professional self-determonation.
