The article is devoted to the problems of modern management, namely characteristics of the modern manager. Based on various approaches to this question, the author considers that the main direction of all manager’s characteristics is his competitiveness. The competitive manager has not only professional competence, legal and information knowledge and general culture, but leadership and enterprise skills, is capable to continuous personal development and to promote development of others. Investigating qualities of the manager, the author offers the vision of the competitive manager and conditions for his formation. Such manager has to become a key figure in Russian economy modernization.

The paper is devoted to guidance from rural youth, improvement of the process by means of synergetic and harmonization of modern technology and traditional values in agricultural professional orientation. The paper draws attention to humanization of education as a condition of professional training for rural specialists. The authors revel principles and tools of synergey on the example of the project “AgroPROFI” and prove that government, business and education together can give without-boundary opportunities to a per-son and highly qualified personnel to agricultural sector.

In modern conditions, intellectual potential of the individual - one of the most important bases of the progressive development of society. Intelligent production is one of the decisive factors of economic development and a key form of ownership - intellectual property. Intelligent self-development of students and ways of thinking have become one of the urgent problems of education. The article describes the basic concepts of the studied phenomenon: intelligence, intellectual development, intellectual activity, self-development; stand out criteria and indicators of intellectual self-development of students. Representation of developing an educational environment conducive to intellectual self-development of students.

The paper aimed at understanding of professional-personal self-development of educational psychologists. The paper clarifies the essence of the concept “professional self-development, analyzes the structural components and the criteria of professional self-development”. The portfolio method of professional development and summary of the experimental study are described.
The article examines the economic system (in light of bionomics) as a developing ecosystem. The historical background and the present state of economic inequality are studied. The essence of the positive and negative economic slavery is specified.
