This article discusses aspects of the emotional sphere of the younger schoolboy in case of general underdevelopment of speech. What emotional competence is it and how it is describe in the federal educational standards; what universal educational actions primary schoolers must have.

The article presents the analysis of the scientific literature on the research problem of emotional competence in normal and disturbed speech development, the structure and content of the methodology of the experiment, allowing to reveal features of this process in younger schoolchildren with General speech underdevelopment.

In recent years significant increase in prevalence of speech pathology at children and sharp weighting of its quality in the form of emergence of a set of the combined frustration which aren't limited besides only is observed by violation of speech function. In this regard the problem of competent differential diagnostics of various violations of speech and mental development in children is of particular importance. Article is devoted to directly differential diagnostics of violations of the speech in structure of emotional frustration.
