The relevance of the study is due to the search for new forms of improving the professional competence of teachers in the continuing education system in the context of modern qualification requirements. The purpose of the article is to study the essence of the phenomenon under study, to describe the characteristic features of corporate training as an effective resource for the development of both professional and personal qualities of an individual teacher, and for the development of the teaching staff as a whole. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign studies, the article presents the results of studying the teacher’s corporate training as a pedagogical phenomenon, gives an analysis of the use of this form in the process of improving the professional competence of a teacher in continuing education. The leading approaches to the study of the problem are competence-based and team-based approaches that justify the need for educators to develop common methodological approaches to pedagogical support for students to achieve educational results. The article presents the results of a theoretical study of professional competences development in an intra-school system of corporate training. A model is described for enhancing the professional competence of a teacher in corporate training, including conceptual, substantive, technological and reflective components, within which corporate training becomes a systemic basis for professional improvement of a teacher in the context of effectively organized methodological work in a specific educational organization, in accordance with its specific features and strategic directions of development. The conclusion is substantiated that the opportunities of corporate training are more promising than traditional methodological work to solve the task of developing the professional competence of teachers within a team approach and taking into account the corporate culture of a particular educational organization. To sum up, it is concluded that the corporate training resource is useful both for improving the professional competence of teaching staff and for implementing the development strategy of the educational organization in the direction of improving the general quality of education. The theoretical significance of the article lies in actualizing the opportunities of corporate training for improving the professional competence of teachers. The practical significance of the article lies in the use of research results for the implementation of corporate training of teachers in a specific educational organization.

The relevance of the study of the inclination to cyberbullying in older teenagers is explained by the increasingly widespread occurrence of this phenomenon. The purpose of the article is to formulate the concept of "cyberbullying", to analyze the causes and characteristics of the categories of children who engage in bullying on the Internet. The main method of empirical research was the questionnaire method. The article presents the results of studying the tendency to cyberbullying in older teenagers, which is expressed by a low level of tolerance, hostility and aggressiveness. The practical significance of the article lies in the fact that the revealed characteristics of adolescents are the basis for organizing preventive work in an educational organization.

The relevance of the research presented in the article is determined by the need for theoretical justification and practical development of the content and forms of a modern teacher’s world outlook training in the conditions of educational paradigm change. The lack of such training in modern conditions generates ideological dissonance, contradictory professional pedagogical guidelines of a teacher, unwillingness to reveal for students personal reasons of learning. The purpose of the research is to study the characteristics of a contemporary teacher outlook, to develop and test the methodology for organizing teacher's world outlook training in a general education organization. The main method of investigation was the method of diagnostic situations, with the help of which the characteristic properties of the investigated phenomenon were detected, fixed and changed in real action. The result of teacher's world outlook training organization was the theoretical and practical readiness of the teacher to show for students personal reasons of learning. Theoretical readiness of a teacher was ensured by mastering the basic axiological principles, understanding the values and meanings of modern education and pedagogical profession. Practical readiness was achieved in the process of discussions, debates, case studies by teachers, complex psychological and pedagogical situations resolving and the development of subject-oriented pedagogical technologies. The qualitative result of a teacher's world outlook training is the clarity of his pedagogical position, confidence in the relationship with students, the combination of pedagogical requirements and humane attitude to students. The quantitative result of world outlook training is an increase in the number of school teachers who take the initiative in their professional activities, reducing the number of problem situations with students. Theoretical and practical significance of the research is that the proposed methodology for organizing teacher's world outlook training in general education organization allows the teacher to identify and resolve his world outlook dissonances.
