Today, digital diplomacy plays an important role in the context of intercultural communication. New information technologies have led to changes in the diplomatic sphere. Digital diplomacy makes it possible to conduct foreign policy communications using digital tools and platforms. The article analyzes the advantages and limitations of digital diplomacy in the context of intercultural communication, including improving the availability of information, reducing barriers to communication and the possibility of creating global dialogues.

This article examines the issue of using social networks in the process of teaching English to high school students. The author hypothesize that one of the effective ways to successfully grasp the material is the integration of a portion of the textbook into the social network VKontakte. The results allow us to identify the advantages and disadvantages of using social networks in educational practice. The author present a pilot project on conducting lessons using the social network VKontakte.

The article is devoted to the analysis of problems associated with the identification and blocking of information containing signs of extremism. The author considers foreign computer programs that are used to process texts on the Internet, identifies their strengths and weaknesses.
