The article summarizes the experience of organizing student and teacher exchanges (“language camps”) between Russian and US universities, dwells on their history, development and present day situation through the prism of relationships between sister-cities and our countries.

The article analyses the provisions of the Constitution and the federal laws of the Russian Federation relating to the implementation of the constitutional principle of equality between men and women in modern Russia.

The article provides a theoretical analysis of scientific literature on the problem of ethnic identity and ethnic stereotypes among Armenian students. The analysis of empirical data allowed us to prove the proposed hypothesis of the study and to prove the importance of studying such components as identity and stereotypes.

The most common stereotypes about giftedness are revealed.

The article considers cultural differences and contradictions between American North and South using as an example the story “The Ice Palace” by F. Scott Fitzgerald (1920) studied during home reading classes.
