The paper describes the definitions of such concepts as “creativity”, “abilities”, “creative abilities”. The author analyzes interpretations of these concepts in modern scientific literature. The author views the factors affecting the development of creative abilities and gives own definition of “creative abilities” and “creativity”.
Working program of a subject matter "Theoretical psychology" (B1. B 10.) it is developed for the undergraduates of the 2nd course who are trained in the Psychology direction 37.04.01 according to requirements of FGOS3+VPO for this direction and the provision on working programs of subject matters (FGOS VPO approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation 07.04.2014 No. 946). Main objectives and tasks, including in a format of competences are presented. The used active methods, forms of carrying out occupations are described. The main subjects of a course, structure and contents of the program, the requirement to development of discipline by means of independent work, in the form of control questions, examination cards, criteria of exposure of estimates are given.

In article regularities of a ratio of creativity and resilience at teenagers with different levels are analyzed. In work the review of psychological literature is carried out and justification of theoretical approaches to research of creativity and resilience of the personality is given. Data on reliability of communication between creativity and resilience at teenagers are obtained: the creativity level is higher, the resilience level at the teenager is lower. Results are received by means of criterion of rangovy correlation of Spirmen.

The paper analyses teacher’s professional activity components including the influence of professional qualities and pedagogical skills upon the process of teacher’s personality formation. The teacher’s personality role in the process of education is being discussed.
