The article presents the problem of intercommunication between the Russian and English languages. It is obvious that the interconnection of languages can be made within different languages and different time periods. English is the most popular and widely spread international language. The general belief is that English words are borrowed by most of the languages, but many Russian words were and are borrowed by English as well. There are a lot of examples in the history when one language gradually absorbed the other one. But the Russian language is very rich and it has a great potential to get rid of everything superfluous or unnecessary and it is one of the richest languages of the world while including a layer of loan-words in its vocabulary. So the study of the layer of borrowings in the system of vocabulary presents a great interest to linguists, as it shows the process of language development.
The article is devoted to the study of the features of the speech development of participants in the educational situation in a preschool educational organization. The literature on the issues of speech interaction in preschool educational organizations was studied and analyzed. As a result, the importance and direct influence of speech interaction on the participants of the educational situation in the preschool educational organization was revealed.
The rapid development of the modern world globalization changes not only the processes of human life but also reflects on the national languages. This paper describes the theoretical classification of the linguistic situation in the world: traditional, technogenic and globalist; reflects the aspects of the globalization impact on languages; touches upon the issue of creating a single language without which the further spread of globalization would be impossible.
The author addresses herself to the topic of modern requirements of teaching foreign students intercultural competence within the RFL program. The author argues about choosing of national and cultural specific materials for the students. An opinion is given on including studied and student specific educational resources into RFL program, an idea of creating of bicultural RFL textbooks is suggested.
