Methods of teaching computer science in the era of artificial intelligence: how to prepare students for the future

Development and application of the educational application «Number Systems» in C# for the formation of students' computational thinking in computer science classes

The paper describes a methodology for using the educational app «Number Systems» to develop computational thinking in computer science classes (grades 7–11). The experiment confirmed its effectiveness: 96% of students mastered the theory, and 92% developed computational thinking. At the same time, the results are comparable to traditional teaching methods, which makes it possible to choose an approach based on learning conditions and student characteristics.
