The article reveals the relationship between digital sovereignty and human rights in the information society. Special attention is paid to the problem of the balance between the freedom of digital interaction and the need for legal control by the state.
The article analyzes the socio-psychological conditions that contribute to the development of personality subjectivity in the digital space. Based on the theoretical, analytical and comparative analysis of domestic and foreign studies (2019-2024), the key mechanisms of subjective development are identified – reflection, self–determination, self-regulation, self-presentation. It is shown that the psychological and pedagogical conditions of the digital educational environment of the university create opportunities for the formation of a conscious subjective position and a holistic digital identity of students.
