The purpose of the article is to identify pedagogical conditions that effectively influence the upbringing of emotional responsiveness in children aged 5-6 through ethical conversation. The problem of insufficient attention to the purposeful formation of this quality has been identified, despite its importance and sensitivity of the older preschool age. The purpose of the study is to identify pedagogical conditions that effectively influence the upbringing of emotional responsiveness in children aged 6-7 years in the process of perceiving the Russian landscape. A theoretical analysis of the essence of emotional responsiveness as an integrated personal quality and its structural components is presented. The potential of the Russian landscape as a means of emotional impact reflecting the human connection with nature and cultural and historical heritage, contributing to the formation of value relations, is revealed.
