In this paper, on the basis of the study, describes the content and features of tactical questioning of persons in criminal cases of illegal business activities performed in the turnover of oil and oil products. Focuses on the investigation of possible situations arising from the line of conduct of the suspect.

The peculiarities of the road accident examination in case of a pedestrian accident are given. The statistics of the accident related to the impact on the pedestrian due to the driver and the pedestrian's vein are analyzed.

The article is devoted to the experience of the foreign language examination in a form of a project presentation. It took place in a group of graduates of the bachelor’s program “Pedagogical Education with Two Specializations” (Social Studies and English Language).
