Indicated in this article the problem of prevention of family conflicts and possible solutions, as well as the role of the district commissioner of police as the main subject of the prevention of domestic violence in the structure of ATS in their combating and preventing.
In 2024, declared the «Year of the Family» in Russia, the emphasis is on the importance of the family as a key institution. Special attention is paid to the impact of parental conflicts on the emotional and psychological state of children. Family conflicts create a sense of anxiety, insecurity and emotional tension in a child, which makes it difficult to socialize and develop a personality. An adequate study of these factors will make it possible to form a supportive family environment necessary for the healthy growth and development of the younger generation.

It analyzes the key factors that influence the effectiveness of mediation, including the emotional state of the participants, their communication skills, and pedagogical approaches to resolving conflict situations. The article also focuses on the role of the mediator as a facilitator who promotes constructive dialogue and restores trust within the family. The article provides recommendations for optimizing psychological and pedagogical support in mediation, aimed at improving the quality and sustainability of the agreements reached. This article is intended for specialists in psychology, pedagogy, social work, and law who are interested in developing alternative methods for resolving family disput.
