The paper actualizes the role of marketing and marketing research in the sphere of educational services. The authors present the basic results of the market research on the demand of additional study of foreign languages, supporting the need for such “measurements” of students’ relations to the regular services.
The article deals with the problems of teaching terms in Russian language lessons. Presented are noted the features of studying terms in Russian language lessons in main school, difficulties in mastering the extralinguistic essence of the term that constitutes the content plan and the regulatory characteristic associated with the usage rules of the term in speech activity. There given the main requirements for the terms as a sign system.
The article presents issues of training experts in international relation for interaction with the Baltic region countries. In the course of the study, the author concludes that that in the modern Baltic countries, in the Latvian society, in particular, as well as in the Latvian language, continuous language and culture of historically closely related and have been living on the same territory for a long time peoples – Russian and Latvian assimilation processes of change are undergoing. They have to become the subject of a comprehensive study of a number of scientists in the field of cultural studies, comparative linguistics, economics, history and other sciences. The research should be carried out not only with the Russian-language sources, but also with authentic materials in the languages of the Baltic peoples. The results of the research should be included in the experts in international relations specializing in interaction with the Baltic countries training programme.

The international cooperation with Chinese universities is developing at a rapid pace in Russia due to economic and political interaction. This cooperation between the two countries has accelerated development in the field of education. The relevance of the presented methodology of Russian as a foreign language lies in its effectiveness and improvement of the educational process organization, which is required by new international educational standards. The issue of teaching Russian as a foreign language is considered using the works of foreign and domestic scientists. The article analyzes methods of teaching Russian as a foreign language to Chinese students in the field of “System programming and artificial intelligence technologies.” The authors examine existing educational and methodological materials using the ethnic orientation of students. The purpose of the research is to generalize the methodology and practice of teaching Russian as a foreign language in the educational process of the university. They highlighted the requirements for the organization of the educational process, for educational training and providing language training taking into consideration the students’ national linguistic specificity. The characteristics of works on the consideration of Russian as a foreign language in the sociocultural context are given. The article proposes an educational process that is divided into four stages of learning with gradual immersion in the social environment. Each stage is complemented by a subject focus, taking into account the communicative approach. Systematic training with a communicative focus ensures obtaining high-quality results in the acquisition of linguistic, communicative and sociocultural skills. The authors described the practical experience of teaching Russian as a foreign language with elements of edifying, educational and socially focused orientation obtained over several years at the Rostov State Transport University. The existing problems of studying Russian as a foreign language are analyzed, including modern approaches to the forms and methods of mastering vocabulary, grammar and colloquial speech. Taking into account the positive results of the method, we can note its practicability and effectiveness. The article may be of practical importance for teachers of Russian as a foreign language who do not have experience working with Chinese students and can use the proposed methodology in the teaching process.

The article is devoted to the current problem of the formation of professional identity among medical university students. In modern conditions of intercultural interaction, language training is of particular importance, which contributes to the integration of future doctors into the international professional community and provides access to advanced scientific achievements. Modelling the educational process for the formation of the professional identity of medical university students is an important and complex process, including not only the acquisition of medical knowledge and skills by future doctors, but also the development of their personal qualities such as responsibility, empathy and ethics. The aim of this study is to test the results of solving an applied pedagogical problem – the development of a model for the formation of professional identity of medical university students in the process of language training. The article provides an analysis of the literature on the interpretation of the professional identity of students by domestic and foreign researchers, gives the author's definition of the professional identity of a medical university student, describes a model for the formation of the professional identity of medical university students in the process of language training, representing the process under study as a whole and as a set of interrelated elements that reflect the needs of both the medical field as a whole and the medical university in particular in the training of highly qualified medical specialists. The model consists of six units: target, methodological, content-organizational, procedural, criteria-assessment, correctional ones and it is based on the principles of professional orientation, integrity, interdisciplinary integration, communication and contextuality, functionality of the educational environment. The model has a practical orientation and its implementation in the process of language training gradually forms a professional identity for students of a medical university. The research is based on the ideas of occupational, holistic, integrative activity-oriented, communicative-cognitive and environmental approaches. The provisions of the study can become a theoretical basis for further development of the problem of forming the professional identity of future medical specialists in medical universities in Russia.
