This article examines the specifics of teaching the discipline "Operational-Investigative Activity" at the university. The author analyzes the program of the course and its place in the educational process, reveals the features of teaching the discipline at the university.
The article attempts to determine the main directions and ways to improve legal practice, depending on its type and the problems that exist today. Legal practice in this paper is understood broadly: both law-making and law-enforcement prac-tices, which are closely related to each other and have a direct impact on each other, have been analyzed. At the end of the work, conclusions and proposals on the topic under study are made.
The article discusses the current issues of administrative supervision of persons released from prison in the activities of law enforcement agencies. The article analyzes the regulatory and legal aspects of the regulation of administrative supervision, its goals and objectives, as well as the problems that arise in the process of its implementation. Special attention is paid to the effectiveness of supervisory measures, the interaction of law enforcement agencies and the prevention of recidivism. The author suggests possible ways to improve the system of administrative supervision, taking into account modern realities and law enforcement practice.
The article examines the features of using special knowledge in the study of identity documents of a foreign citizen in the Russian Federation and the application of these results in the process of proving a criminal case. In the course of the analysis of law enforcement practice, it was found that most often the documents that are subject to change are passport, migration card, educational documents, work patents. Typical types of changes, methods and methods of their detection, as well as technical means used in document modification were considered. Proposals have been developed aimed at improving the efficiency of using special knowledge when working with such objects.
