The authors examine the evaluation of education quality through the evaluation of metasubject results of mastering the general educational programs. Open type tasks in three directions (mathematical, humanities and natural problems) are proposed as he main mean of evaluation. The authors designed and tested the integrated assessment of the relative character – intelligence quotient – reflecting the degree of mastering the general educational programs at the level of metasubject results. The intelligence quotient is based on the analysis of more than 200,000 works of pupils.

The problem of metasubject results formation within the introduction of the new GEF. The main thing is the hermeneutic model as a way to achieve metasubject results revealed as the example of the history lesson in the 6th grade on " ancient Germans”. This model is considered in the context of the integration of innovative approaches and technologies in history teaching in secondary schools for the implementation of the new GEF.

The article shows the way students may achieve metasubject results using project technology. Examples of educational and inner projects, which are one of the methods in the class work of the teacher, are given and reflect the effectiveness of this technique in the context of the GEF.

The paper discusses the strategy of learning based on social-cultural role of mathematics in education. In the learning process, students must understand how to relate concepts studied by them with the urgent tasks of the practice. Tasks with practical content, mathematical model of which is the inequality or system of inequalities, are given as the example.
