The paper discusses the questions of organization of methodical support of physical development at pre-schools through new approaches to providing methodological support and assistance to teachers in their professional development through the organization of various forms of innovative activity of the teaching staff. The authors underline the importance and necessity of work aimed at formation of professional skills of educator, as an important condition of effective organization of the process of physical development in preschools.

In the context of the post-non-classical general scientific paradigm, the modern world seems to be non-linear, dynamic and unpredictable. A graduate of the school should look for a fulcrum within his/her inner self and to introduce at least some certainty into the global uncertainty of the world. In this regard, a mathematics teacher should develop those skills of a student that make a significant contribution to the formation of conceptual thinking. The analysis made it possible to identify the pattern: the student's ability to produce geometric constructions and proof in a generalized way in a teaching / learning situation has a positive effect on his comprehension of geometric concepts. The process of developing in a student the ability to produce geometric constructions and proof in a generalized way is greatly facilitated by the use of the dynamic system GeoGebra resource, which may be identified with the electronic learning environment (ELE). The purpose of the research is the development of the theoretical foundations for the methodological support of the process of grasping geometric concepts by students of grades 8–9 secondary school in electronic learning environment. A didactic condition for the formation of geometric concepts was a specially organized learning activity with the use of the dynamic GeoGebra system and a special tasks system within the “Constructive Geometry on the Euclidean Plane” circle for 8–9th grade students. The results of statistical data analysis confirmed the hypothesis about the significant impact of the level of mathematical training (significance level 0.003), the level of ELE influence in combination with the tested method (significance level 0.001), duration of training with the use of the tested method (significance level 0.01). Methodological support of the process of grasping geometric concepts by means of the ELE resource has a more intensive positive effect on the dynamics of grasping concepts by schoolchildren than without this support. At the same time, the success of the experiment depends on the duration of training with the use of the tested method.
This article is devoted to the actual problem of improving the efficiency of the educational process at the University with the help of information technology. In the center of attention – features of application of the package of the applied programs allowing to optimize educational process at preparation of the expert. The use of freely distributed software that contributes to the formation of probabilistic and statistical culture of the student is illustrated. It is emphasized that information technologies in teaching stochastics will be useful only when they are closely intertwined with traditional learning technologies.

Additional Education of Children (AEC) helps students develop proceeding from their interests and motivation, which may affect their professional self-determination in the future. The problem of insufficient methodological support within the framework of vocational guidance of children allows us to raise the issue of organization of methodological support for teachers of additional education. We define the term “methodological support” as the interaction of a methodologist and a teacher aimed at overcoming the difficulties encountered by the teacher in the field of vocational guidance of students, implemented on the basis of the competence-based approach, designed taking into account the individual experience of the teacher, which is focused on finding the best means to meet the educational needs of students and their needs for professional self-determination. We have conducted several studies with the help of ranking and questionnaire for parents and teachers, which have identified priority areas for AEC and the main problems for teachers in their vocational guidance work. Thus, taking as a basis a competence approach (practice oriented education, "I know how...," I give product "), taking into account the standard of additional education teacher, having analyzed statistical data of involvement of children in additional education in Yakutia, having studied preferences of parents in AEC, work of methodologists and problems of teachers, we have worked out a functional model of methodological support for vocational guidance work of additional education teachers. The functional model includes: principles of methodological support in the vocational guidance work of the teacher( advisory, practice-oriented, mobility, consciousness); four stages of the methodologist’s work with teachers (advisory, development of recommendations, planning, monitoring); step-by-step forms of work; criteria for the effectiveness of methodological support of vocational guidance work of additional education teachers (readiness of teacher for this type of activity and his/her ability to overcome difficulties). The functional model is aimed at acquiring pedagogical skills necessary for vocational guidance work of the additional education teacher. The developed model was tested on the basis of the Children's (Adolescent’s) Center of Yakutsk. The results showed positive changes in teachers’ work within the framework of vocational guidance activities.
The article is devoted to the urgent problem of modern education - the use of computer mathematics systems in the educational process. It was emphasized that the most difficult stage in its development is the initial stage. From that moment on, the teacher needs to instill in the student a “reference ideology”, which allows him to gradually master, notice the possibilities, advantages and disadvantages of the system. The first task using a computer is to organize and enter statistical data .. The fragment of the table (a specific database) and methods of transferring it to the PAST, Gretl and Jasp packages are presented in the work.
