This article discusses the problem of post-residental support of graduates of orphanage. Analysis of scientific literature on the organization of residental support of graduates showed that today it is one of the most urgent problems of training of orphans and children left without parental care to the successful socialization. This article provides a brief description of psycho-pedagogical features of graduates of orphans in order to identify effective ways of their postinternatnoj support. The emphasis is on the inter-agency approach as one of the conditions of post-residental support of graduates.

The article is devoted to the study of ideas about the professions in adolescents with mental retardation. Two groups of high school students were surveyed: orphans and teenagers living in families. Researchers established differences in the perception of professions for each group of subjects. It is noted that all adolescents feel the need for psychological and pedagogical support for adequate selection of an acceptable sphere of activity and subsequent inclusion in the workforce.
