The article represents the «Aviation Meteorology» flight personnel classroom discipline analysis with relation to its psychological and pedagogical aspects. It is revealed that they serve as the flight personnel qualification essential components. Basic aspects of the lecturer activity for these components implementation within the pedagogical process are discovered.

The training of qualified personnel for modern society requires the use of fundamentally new approaches to education, which will take into account the variety of factors affecting the quality of education and the success of the socialization of graduates of professional educational organizations in the professional community. An important place in the construction of the educational process is played by the use of digital technologies, which ensure the introduction of individual approaches to learning, making the educational process interesting, dynamic and effective.

The paper emphasizes the idea that higher education teachers can work together to improve the efficiency of the pedagogical and, accordingly, the educational process, when most of their work, by definition and tradition, is individual. Thus, the study pushes the boundaries of the work of teachers beyond the notion of the participation of teachers in the educational process as individual players. The concept of collective intelligence is central in this postulate.

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the educational process of students, taking into account the military-pedagogical component. The author in the article considers and analyzes the main aspects of military pedagogical education, which allow achieving maximum results not only within the framework of pedagogical education, but in the professional activities of students of a military university.
