Chinese traditional culture is the cultural crystallization of the Chinese nation for five thousand years and the spiritual blood of our Chinese people. Colleges and universities, as the main carrier of inheriting and developing Chinese traditional culture, should better combine traditional culture with aesthetic education, so as to realize better inheritance and development of traditional culture in aesthetic education. By analyzing the current situation and existing problems of traditional culture in aesthetic education, this paper reflects the importance of traditional culture in aesthetic education from three aspects: national level, social level and university level, puts forward the reform ideas of traditional culture in aesthetic education, carries out multi angle reform, studies the specific measures of the reform and practice of traditional culture in aesthetic education, and puts forward the improvement of traditional culture aesthetic education courses Reform Opinions on pro-moting the appreciation of traditional cultural aesthetic education, carrying out traditional cultural aesthetic education performances and establishing traditional cultural aesthetic education associations. With aesthetic education as the carrier, colleges and universities can better inherit the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation, organically inte-grate the excellent traditional culture with aesthetic education, improve students' cultural self-confidence, and provide a stronger driving force for realizing the Chinese dream of great rejuvenation.

The main guide in the modern educational process is the teacher. The article examines the peculiarities of teach-ing the subject of management psychology in higher education at a university.
