The article presents the analysis of the problem of the formation of emotional stability of teachers of pre-school educational institutions in the period of modernization of education. Disclosed model and shows the results of forming emotional stability of teachers of preschool educational institutions.

The paper is devoted to the study of the problem of the formation of psychological readiness for school in the circumstances of safe educational environment when transferring from kindergarten into school. The paper discusses the conception of “psychological readiness for school”, its components (intellectual readiness, reasonable readiness, emotional and volitional readiness). There are some results of research of the level of children’s psychological readiness for school.

The conflict resistance competence phenomenon considered in the article is a priority personal characteristic of a teacher, allowing him/her to interact productively with other subjects of the educational process, to build a trajectory of a constructive dialogue on a conflict-free basis.
