The article deals with the process of adaptation of the Russian economy, which is under-stood as the restructuring of economic relations in the new conditions. It is said about the need to regulate the process of changes, and determine their factors and areas. Data are provided that indi-cate the presence of the impact of sanctions on economic entities, and its level. Systemically signif-icant areas are considered, such as: export-import operations, distortion of the structure of imports and exports. Evidence of the different impact of sanctions both in the regional and sectoral contexts is considered. The paper presents the main restrictions in logistics: difficulties in road transport, the actual ban on air traffic, sanctions on sea freight. Options for solving these prob-lems are reorientation to new markets and re-export.
A special place in the article is given to the analysis of transformation in internal processes. The importance of anti-corruption mechanisms in the new conditions is noted. The role of the gov-ernment in providing the necessary conditions for change is shown.
