The article reveals the factors influencing the formation of the population basic incomes. The authors note the indicators characteristic to the structure of the population with incomes below subsistence minimum. They present statistical analysis and estimate the level of population incomes during the long-term period of the study, as well as the level of real wages taking into account the inflation level and the US dollar rate.
