The article characterizes the social interaction of the institution for orphans and children without parental care with social partners in the organization of vocational guidance of inmates. The main tasks, content and forms of vocational guidance work are highlighted.
The state gives the right to regional authorities to independently regulate the level of the minimum wage in their territory, centrally setting only its lower limit for employees throughout the country.
