The author studies the essence of strategic management as a basis for the development of effective business. The key components of strategic management are identified. The components of the strategy, mission and goals are identified in the context of strategic management formation. It is proved that the most difficult stage of strategic management in business is the practical implementation of the strategy, since it is necessary to go through all levels of enterprise management correctly, which should be taken into account by the majority of its divisions.
The article is devoted to the issues of strategic management of the plant growing industry, taking into account its specificity in the agro-industrial complex. The work reveals the essence of the category "strategic management", shows the main stages of this process in relation to the crop production industry and the characteristics of the methods used at each stage of strategic management. As an example, the developed strategy for the development of the grain industry for an agricultural enterprise of small land use is presented.
In 2018, certain changes were made to the strategic management system of Russia related to the development and implementation of national projects. The main goals and objectives in the field of health care, education, demography and culture, the solution of which are intended to contribute to national projects, are analyzed in detail. The basis of these projects is to stimulate socio-economic processes that will create the growth potential of the national economy. All national projects are aimed at increasing the welfare and quality of life of the population. Improving social performance is a priority for national projects.
In the modern economy, its competitiveness is constantly growing. It also needs constant sustainable development. And for this it is important to improve the efficiency of public administration. This can be done by improving budgeting methods, carrying out administrative reform, moving from "resource planning" to "results planning". Any management must have a specific goal. Its achievement increases the indicators that the concept of strategic management in the customs authorities plays an important role.
This article is devoted to finding the significance of strategic analysis in the strategic management of an organization. The article analyzes approaches to the interpretation of the concept of «strategic analysis». The paper considers the strategic relationship between the organization and the environment, and also highlights the purpose and objectives of strategic analysis. The place and role of strategic analysis in the organization's management system was determined, and its advantages were determined. The main components of strategic analysis affecting its effectiveness are proposed and considered.
