this work is a study of the joint activities of teachers and students carried out during extracurricular activities. The aim of the work is to study the dynamics of the practical application of ethno - dialogue as an effective element of extracurricular activities dedicated to the native language. This material is recommended for extracurricular work with students in the framework of the GEF on the formation of UUD, that is, positive relations at the personal level through the development of universal educational actions. The studies presented in this paper are relevant and will be in demand by teachers, parents and students interested in this topic.

The article describes the possibility of using the project method for the formation of communicative UDS in students of grades 5-6 in the process of extracurricular activities. The study analyzes methods for determining the level of communication SKILLS. Also described are the results of a ascertaining experiment to check the level of formation of communicative SKILLS in students of grades 5–6.
This work considers various methodical techniques supporting building legal terms of elder adolescent students by the example of the topic “Legal relationship and law violation”, that is considered in a social studies course at secondary general school and secondary professional education. The feature of law terms is clearness and certainty, supposing their embodiment in particular social reality. This determines the need of combination of different methodical and technological techniques for understanding and correct use of laws terms by students.
The article reveals the content and specifics of the formation of cognitive universal educational actions. The most effective methodological techniques that arouse cognitive interest in younger schoolchildren are highlighted. The conclusion is made about the importance of the formation of universal educational actions.
